The Kadillac Bar is a game-changer for pressing exercises, especially bench pressing. Its unique design features angled, neutral handles that align with the natural structure of your shoulders, making movement smoother and more comfortable. Many people who’ve struggled with pain during bench pressing for years find they can lift pain-free with this bar—thanks to its ergonomic design. It’s a favorite among clinicians and trainers alike.

What sets the Transformer Bar apart is its adjustable design, which shifts the load placement on your back to match different squat styles. For instance, setting it to the “goblet squat” mode mimics the mechanics of a goblet squat—forcing an upright, quad-focused movement—without needing to hold a weight in front of you. This one is truly a work of art. It’s a trap bar with a built in bar jack so adding or unloading weights becomes incredibly easy. It also has a high setting and a low setting. Being able to change the ROM significantly simply by turning the bar over to one side or the other. The knurl is top of the line. Easy as can be to grip while not tearing up the hands themselves. The last major point worth covering is the benefits of it being an “open trap bar”. It being open provides a world of additional possibilities as far as what you can do with it. Split squats, walking lunges, pressing, rowing, so on and so fourth. My personal favorite is Bulgarian split squats. Youll be hard pressed to find a better stimulus for the quads and glutes than performing split squats with our open trap bar.
