Biography
If you’re here, then you probably already know a bit about me, my career, and my background, but if you’re new, welcome!
Have you heard of Thurston, Oregon? Probably not, but that’s where I’m from, and it’s where I began to play sports, like Track and Field, Football, and Baseball. But wrestling grew to be my true focus and eventually led me to a university in Portland on a scholarship. Fast forward to earning my bachelor’s degree and diving into various certifications in exercise science, corrective movement, body tempering, athletic development, and nutrition.
During my college years, I found my real calling in coaching and made the decision that that’s what I wanted to do. Balancing my time between coaching collegiate athletes and working in commercial fitness, I stepped into the world of powerlifting and then transitioned into a strength coach and educator at Kabuki Strength. While there, I had incredible opportunities; from coaching elite athletes to eventually transitioning into the Director of Education, where I began focusing my time on creating my educational content and leading seminars worldwide.
With over a decade of experience as a strength coach, I find my greatest fulfillment comes from helping people achieve what they once thought was beyond their reach. Whether you’re an elite athlete aiming for records or a grandparent wanting to pick up your grandchildren, I’m here for it all. This is my passion. It’s all I think about. It’s a privilege to help anyone achieve their goals whatever they may be.
